What hardware needed for 1$ per hour?

Hello!
I wonder about the claim of 1$ per hour for running Minimax. On which hardware can it be achieved? Is it quantized?
I think renting an instance with at least 1xH100 is quite more than 1$ per hour, only if you meant the electricity cost for already installed hardware.
